This Privacy Policy explains how Ian James Christianson, doing business as Neuro Charisma ("Neuro Charisma," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit our websites, register for a free class or webinar, apply for or book a call, receive our emails or text messages, or use our coaching and related services (together, the "Services").

By using the Services or submitting information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you give us

• your name, email address and mobile phone number when you register for a class, apply, book a call or contact us;
• answers you give in applications, forms, intake questionnaires and surveys, including information about your work, goals and the situations you want help with;
• messages you send us by email, text, direct message, WhatsApp or other channels;
• information you share during calls, coaching sessions and live classes, including questions and chat messages; and
• testimonials, reviews or feedback you choose to send us.

1.2 Payment information

If you purchase a program, payments are processed by third-party payment and financing providers (for example Stripe, Klarna or Affirm). We receive limited transaction details such as your name, email, amount and payment status. We do not receive or store your full card number. Those providers handle your payment information under their own privacy policies.

1.3 Information collected automatically

When you visit our websites, we and our service providers may collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page, the date and time of your visit, approximate location based on IP address, and similar usage data. We may use cookies, pixels or similar technologies, including those of advertising and analytics partners, to understand how our pages perform and to measure our advertising.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• register you for classes and webinars and send you the join link, reminders and replays (where offered);
• send you emails and, if you have consented, text messages about our classes, content, programs and offers;
• review applications, schedule calls and respond to your questions;
• deliver coaching, personalize your training and track your progress if you become a client;
• process payments and keep business records;
• operate, secure, analyze and improve our websites and Services, and measure our marketing;
• prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Text Messages (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box, you agree to receive automated marketing and informational text messages from Neuro Charisma about our classes, programs and offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with the service providers that send messages on our behalf.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM and messaging platform (Maxed), webinar platform (Zoom), direct-message tools (ManyChat), email, hosting (Vercel), scheduling, payment processing (Stripe and financing partners), analytics and advertising platforms, and contractors who support our sales and coaching. They may only use the information to provide services to us;
• authorities or other parties when required by law, or when needed to protect our rights, safety or property, or that of others;
• a buyer or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of business assets; and
• anyone else with your consent or at your direction.

5. Calls, Classes and Recordings

Sales calls, coaching sessions and live classes may be recorded for quality, training, note-taking and client support. We will tell you when a call is recorded. We will not publicly identify you by name, image or recording for marketing purposes without your permission.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the Services, keep business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
• Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

9. International Users

We are based in the United States and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live.

Our Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
