Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, free classes and webinars, content, and communications offered by Ian James Christianson, doing business as Neuro Charisma ("Neuro Charisma," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our websites, registering for a class, or otherwise using our services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for a class, apply for coaching, or purchase a program.

2. Free Classes and Webinars

Our free classes are educational. Registering does not create a coaching relationship or any obligation to buy. Dates, times, content and format may change, and we may reschedule or cancel a class. Unless we say otherwise, classes are live and may not be available as a replay. We may remove anyone from a live session who is disruptive or abusive.

3. Communications and Text Messages

By registering, you agree to receive emails from us about the class and our related content, programs and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box, you agree to receive automated marketing and informational text messages from Neuro Charisma. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 4. Coaching and Paid Programs

Any paid coaching program is offered only after a call with Ian or a member of the team, and is governed by the separate agreement you accept when you enroll. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the program agreement controls for that program.

5. Not Therapy or Professional Advice

Neuro Charisma provides communication and performance coaching and education. It is not therapy, counseling, psychological or medical treatment, or legal, financial or career advice, and it is not a substitute for those services. References to the brain, the nervous system or neuroscience describe the ideas our coaching draws on and are not clinical claims. If you are dealing with anxiety, trauma, or any mental or physical health condition, please consult a qualified professional.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Client stories and results shared on our websites, in classes or in our content are real examples of what some clients have experienced. They are not typical, and they are not a promise or guarantee of your results. Your results depend on your own effort, consistency, circumstances and many factors outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the Services, including classes, slides, videos, frameworks, drills, text, graphics, logos and the names Neuro Charisma and Neuro-Charismatic Engineering, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not record, copy, resell, republish, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by interfering with the websites or live sessions, harassing others, posting unlawful or abusive content, attempting to access systems without authorization, or registering with false information.

9. Third-Party Platforms

The Services rely on third-party platforms such as Zoom, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube and payment providers. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or practices.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neuro Charisma and its owner, contractors and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, opportunities or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the free Services will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Neuro Charisma harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page, with a new effective date.
